Kitchen Spraying in an Occupied House
How it works with the family still living there.
Almost every kitchen we spray is in an occupied house. The room is sealed off and fully masked, sanding is extracted at the source, and the work is planned so the kitchen is usable again the same evening or within 1 to 3 days for a larger job.
Containing the work
Doorways into the rest of the house are sealed and floors are covered on the routes we use.
Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed within the masked area so overspray has nowhere to travel.
Planning around the family
Working parents usually give us access in the morning and come back to a finished or part finished room. We work around school runs where it helps.
If you work from home, tell us at booking and we will plan the noisiest part of the day accordingly.
